Sound familiar?
The longer your chat with your bot gets, the slower it answers and the more it costs you. It happens to lots of people, and most don't notice until it's already crawling.
Context Bot warns you in time and helps you carry on without losing anything you've already done.
Just a traffic light
Your bot keeps an eye on the size of the conversation and shows it to you as a colour.
Green
All good. Carry on.
Yellow
Good moment to summarize what you've got so far.
Red
Time to move to a new bot, with all your work.
Get started in 3 steps
Nothing weird to install. No coding.
Add the bot, or just the skill
Click Add Context Bot to get a ready-made bot from the template. Already have one you like? Copy the install prompt and paste it into its chat.
Check the light
Your bot notes where you're at (STATUS.md) and tells you the colour.
Switch bots when it's time
Your bot writes a handoff file with its memory and status. The new bot reads it and picks up where you left off. In the dashboard's Handoff view you can watch what travels across and download that TRASPASO.md.
Coming soon: live status
Tell your bot Add this MCP server: https://mcp.contextbot.app/mcp and sign in with GitHub. It reports its colour (an estimate, never your conversation) and in the dashboard, press Connect live status to see it. You can delete everything with one tool call. Without it, everything stays local.
Tips to use less
Small habits that make your weekly usage last longer. Each one comes with its source.
Don't reply “ok” to every message
Every reply from the bot re-reads the whole chat.
Batch your requests
One message with a list beats three separate messages.
Pause routines you don't use
A routine that doesn't run doesn't use anything.
Lower the frequency
Going from “every hour” to “every morning” is usually enough.
Careful with “Test”
Testing a routine uses as much as a real run.
Long chat, new bot
Duplicate the bot and carry on from your STATUS.md.

Is it an official Grok Bot product?
No. It's a community project with no official connection to Grok Bot or xAI.
Long chats, light bot.
